Ordering and payment

1. Q: How can I order

A: You can order easily using our online shop. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, then you have to proceed to checkout and follow the ordering process. Once you place the order, you will recieve a confirmation email. If you have created an account, order summary will also be stored to your account.


2. Q: Do I have to order online?

A: You can also send your order to sales@izla.gr You can also order by calling at +30 26710 83176. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. 

3. Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You are able to cancel your order as long as your order is proccesing.Please send us an email at sales@izla.gr . If your order is complete which indicates that has been shipped you will have to follow the return policy.

4. Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You can use the following payments methods

  • Credit cards 
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (only within Greece with extra cost)
  • PayPal

5. Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

6. Q: Does prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are the final prices and include VAT.

7. Q: How do create an account?

A: You can create an account:

  • At the drop down menu press “Login”
  • At the top bar press the Account Icon
  • At the Checkout page click the indicated choice

After register, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.  

8. Q: How can I retrieve my password?

A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “lost your password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

9. Q: How do I change my personal details or email address?

A: You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page  and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

10. Q: Security?

A: Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties

11. Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: In most cases you can see the shipping cost on the checkout proccess. Otheriwise we will inform you by email. For more information please visit our Shipping & delivery page.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

13. Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A:We offer free standard 2-3 days shipping on orders over 50 € within Greece.

14. Q: Do you deliver internationally?

A:We offer worldwide shipping

15. Q:Can I track my order ?

A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

16. Q: Changing the shipping address?

A: You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”.  You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.

17. Q: What happen if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

19. Q: How long afer purchase we are able to return a product?

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date
